Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

AMP Advisory LLC ("AMP," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at ampadvanced.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our website or submitting information through our assessment or strategy session booking form, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

When you complete our organizational assessment, we collect:

  • Your name and email address, which you provide voluntarily at the end of the assessment in order to receive your results.
  • Your assessment responses, including the answers you provide to the questions across the five assessment domains (culture, leadership, operations, change readiness, and technology).

When you book a complimentary strategy session through our booking form, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
  • Your company name, role or title, industry, and company size.
  • A brief description of your business and your primary reason for reaching out.
  • Your selected meeting time and local timezone.
  • Whether you have completed, plan to complete, or are opting out of the performance assessment.

In both cases, we also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and general location (country or region).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • To generate and send you your personalized assessment results.
  • To send you one follow-up email after you complete the assessment, offering the option to book a consultation call to review your results in more depth.
  • To schedule your strategy session, including creating a Google Calendar event, generating a Google Meet link, and sending you a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
  • To prepare for your session by reviewing the context you provided in the booking form.
  • To keep a record of your inquiry in our internal client relationship management system, so that we can follow up on our conversations and understand the history of our contact with you. This record includes the information you submitted, your assessment domain scores if you completed the assessment, and notes we write ourselves about our conversations with you.
  • To improve the assessment itself, by reviewing aggregated and anonymized response patterns to better understand common challenges facing small and mid-sized businesses.
  • To respond to any questions, requests, or communications you initiate with us.

We do not send ongoing marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional campaigns. You will not receive repeated outreach from us unless you engage with us first.

You may opt out of receiving the follow-up email at any time by replying to any email we send you with "unsubscribe" in the subject or body, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the follow-up email, or by emailing info@ampadvanced.com with your request. If you opt out, we will not contact you again.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We share limited information only with service providers who help us operate the website and deliver your results, specifically:

  • Email delivery providers (such as Resend) that transmit your results and follow-up email on our behalf.
  • Website and application hosting providers (such as Vercel) that support the operation of ampadvanced.com and our internal client relationship management system.
  • Managed database and file storage providers (such as Neon) that store the records described above on our behalf.
  • Calendar and scheduling tools (such as Google Calendar and Google Meet) that facilitate booking consultation calls, if you choose to schedule one.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes of providing their services to us.

Our client relationship management system is operated by AMP rather than by a third-party sales platform. Your information is not uploaded to an external marketing, advertising, or lead-generation service.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, legal process, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep your information

We retain your name, email, and assessment responses for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, deliver results, and maintain aggregate insights about the assessment.

If you contact us through the assessment or the booking form, the record created in our client relationship management system is kept as an ongoing business record of our relationship with you. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer relevant to our work with you.

If you request deletion of your information, we will remove it from our active records, including that system, within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights and choices

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request corrections to any inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information from our records.
  • Opt out of the follow-up email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, replying with "unsubscribe," or emailing info@ampadvanced.com. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ampadvanced.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights under those laws. Contact us using the address above to exercise them.

Cookies and tracking

Our website may use a limited number of cookies to support core functionality and measure general site usage. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Information you submit is transmitted over encrypted connections, and submissions passed to our client relationship management system are authenticated so that only our own website can create records in it.

Access to that system requires signing in with an authorized Google account and is limited to AMP personnel. Any documents we store alongside a record are held in private storage that is not publicly reachable and can only be retrieved by a signed-in, authorized user.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently on the website.
