Andrew M. Polcaro
Founder
I founded AMP in 2026 to help businesses scale with clarity and purpose. The name is a reflection of what I do and who I am: Advanced Management Performance are the words behind the brand, and A.M.P. are my initials. I work with organizations at every stage, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises navigating change, with the same commitment to excellence.
My career spans organizations large and small, public and private, which gives me a grounded and practical perspective on what actually drives performance across different contexts. I hold an MBA with a concentration in Management and a B.S. in Information Technology. I am also certified by Prosci in Change Management and hold an ITIL certification in IT Service Management, combining strategic leadership expertise with a deep understanding of the systems and technology that modern businesses run on.
